1. Introduction

Homewoundcare ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero by 2050. This Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) outlines our targets and plans for reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

2. Emissions

Our emissions for the reporting period are as follows:

3. Targets

We have set the following targets for reducing our emissions:

• 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030

• Net Zero emissions by 2050

4. Environmental Management Measures

We will apply the following environmental management measures when performing the NHS contract:

• Use energy-efficient vehicles and equipment

• Switch to renewable energy sources

• Reduce our use of single-use plastics

• Work with our suppliers to reduce their carbon emissions

5. Reporting

We will report on our progress against our emissions targets and environmental management measures on an annual basis.

6. Parent Company CRP

Homewoundcare Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gazell Holdings has a CRP in place that applies to both and itself. This CRP confirms our joint commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050 and outlines environmental management measures that will be applied to both companies.

Conclusion

Homewoundcare Ltd is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and achieving Net Zero by 2050. We will apply the environmental management measures outlined in this CRP when performing all contracts above £5million. We will also report on our progress against our emissions targets and environmental management measures on an annual basis.
